By accessing and using the Artextraordinary website (artextraordinary.world), participating in our candlemaking workshops, or purchasing our DIY kits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Use of Services
Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

Workshop Participation
When attending our candlemaking workshops:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
- Arrive on time for your scheduled session
- Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend
- Respect the workshop space and other participants
Bookings and Payments
All workshop bookings and kit purchases are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change. Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Workshop cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full workshop fee. Please contact us directly to discuss special circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on artextraordinary.world, including text, images, logos, and workshop materials, is the property of Artextraordinary and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Artextraordinary is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, participation in workshops, or use of DIY kits. Candlemaking involves heat and materials that require proper handling. Participants assume responsibility for following safety guidelines.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
